As you can see in the above header picture, Ziah is just barely hangin' in there, though she is trying to look her holiday best. I guess entertaining and redecorating and change are a bit much for her.
Maybe now that the bathroom project is mostly done, and Christmas is pretty much past, she can concentrate on growing new leaves and nurturing their development. Maybe now she can get it together and stop worrying about everything and start doing something and quit wasting time feeling sorry for herself. Move forward and chin up.... Life goes on, Ziah. It does. The kids grow up, they move out, you move on. There's a lot of learning left to do and opportunity is just outside the door (and in the kitchen).
Come on Ziah, girl. You can do it!

so now that pilgrim is gone, you'll have to get a wii fit to help poor ziah with her balance. ours keeps telling me i am "unbalanced". but you and i both already knew that, didn't we?
Poor Ziah! Maybe you need to talk to her more - give her a few encouraging words...!
I feel alot like that tree looks! Hopefully we both perk up this year!

Merry Christmas ( belated, I know) and all the best for 2010 to you and your loved ones Heidi. And that includes Ziah!

I'm thinking that both you and Ziah will come through all of it just fine!

It will be ok. You and Ziah will grow in all kinds of ways. It is inevitable and good. Empty nesting is fun - enjoy the new time. Love ya. KD
Heidi,
Here is hoping that your little one grows abundantly in 2010 and blesses you with each new green leaf.

I dare not elaborate on my own "green thumb" (or lack thereof).
What fun!
Happy New Year,
Kathleen
Ziah, that one gold ornament reminds me just a bit of the Charley Brown tree! I feel a dormant spring in you. By the way, I love the new bathroom! Aren't you thrilled??
I think we're all a little off balance from the holidays. Hope Ziah bounces back. Heidi too :-)
I'm relating to Ziah, but we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us!
Many blessings on you and yours for the new year my sweet friend!
That ornament looks cute on Ziah but I'm wondering if she's trying to carry too large a load. *wink*
Cast your cares on Him and He will sustain you.
Okay I'm done. :)
Poor Ziah! Maybe you need to talk to her more - give her a few encouraging words...!
